Where are you based?
SmilesNMore Digital Photography is based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Selected sessions can be photographed with us, or we can travel to your home, venue or chosen location.
Do you travel outside Basingstoke?
Yes. Travel within 10 miles of Basingstoke is included in the listed portrait prices. Travel beyond that is quoted based on distance, parking and any tolls. UK-wide bookings are welcome.
How do I secure my date?
Portrait sessions are secured with a £50 booking retainer. Events require a 30% retainer. A date is not confirmed until availability is agreed and the retainer is received.
How long until I receive my photographs?
Portrait galleries are normally delivered within 7–14 working days. Event galleries are normally delivered within 14–21 working days. Priority editing may be available for an additional fee.
Will my skin still look natural after retouching?
Yes. The aim is a polished, professional finish while keeping natural skin depth and texture. Colour, exposure and temporary distractions are refined without creating a plastic-skin effect.
Can my partner or children join my maternity session?
Yes. The Signature, Premium and Luxury maternity sessions can include partner and children photographs. For larger groups, tell us the number of people when you enquire.
Do you provide RAW or unedited files?
No. SmilesNMore delivers carefully selected, professionally finished images that represent the final photography style. Unedited/RAW files are not included.
What should we wear?
Neutral, coordinated colours photograph beautifully, but the best choice depends on your session and location. We can provide simple outfit guidance after booking.
Can I reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Please give as much notice as possible. The standard starter policy allows one transfer of the booking retainer with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. See the booking terms for details.
Will you post my photographs online?
Portfolio and social sharing should be discussed with you. You can tell us if you prefer your photographs to remain private.
